Come and be part of Brentwood's creative future

29 June - 7 September

What is creative cove?

Creative Cove is a space for young people in Brentwood to learn how to make and sell creative products.

Creative Cove will take over a shop in The Baytree Centre to become a new space for making and selling creative products. Set up for young people by young people, businesses and local professionals will provide mentoring for this new creative business and help young people think about their own creative futures.

Who
is it for?

The project is led by young people for young people.  Those aged 16-25 can participate in creative workshops each week, focus on selling, brand and marketing Creative Cove or help to run the shop. There will also be opportunities for creative professionals to run workshops, businesses to mentor young people and volunteers to help support the project.

Where
is it?

The Baytree Shopping Centre, Brentwood

Creative Cove is a pop-up shop and learning space in The Baytree Centre, off Brentwood High Street. The space will host weekly workshops on marketing, selling and promotion or learn to make all kinds of products from upcycling clothing to screen printing to polymer clay goods.
